Job Description - Marketing - Product Development Officer

Job Duties

Support the full product lifecycle, including new fund development, product enhancements, rationalization, and restructuring
Coordinate share‑class creation and fund registration processes across APAC
Assist in preparing materials and organizing regional product committees (agenda, minutes, supporting documents).
Conduct market and competitor analysis to assess product potential and support product strategy decisions.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Investment teams) to gather information and align on product initiatives
Provide reporting, presentations, and analysis for APAC and global management committees
Support the Head of Product Development APAC on ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
Minimum 2 years' experience in asset management or financial institutions, preferably in product development.
Good understanding of asset management products; knowledge of alternatives or structured solutions is an advantage
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Able to work independently, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with APAC markets (e.g., China, Japan) is beneficial
