MarTech Consultant (Financial Service I Contract)

The Role

• Work closely with the Marketing team to enhance website and digital experience, ensuring consistency and performance across regions
• Support website optimization initiatives, including user journey improvements, content effectiveness, and conversion performance
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align digital and MarTech initiatives with business and brand objectives
• Act as a bridge between marketing, digital, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of MarTech projects
• Analyze user behavior and digital performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations

• Support implementation and optimization of marketing tools, platforms, and digital workflows

Your Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in MarTech, digital consulting, or digital marketing roles
• Strong digital marketing or website experience (content management systems, digital journeys, campaign enablement, or analytics)
• Experience working in regional or global team environments
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) - mandatory
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in financial services or investment-related industries is a plus, but not mandatory
