Media Designer (GenAI image / Video Creation)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and technically adept Multimedia Designer to develop engaging, visually compelling digital graphic design, videos, corporate presentations, and multimedia content that effectively communicates our brand message and intellectual capital across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Create visually striking digital graphic design materials (e.g., digital posters, direct emails, social advertising posts, web layouts, interactive elements) that support marketing and communication initiatives while strictly adhering to corporate branding guidelines.
• Produce and edit high-quality videos for internal communications, external customer-facing content, and conferences/events, incorporating green screen techniques, visual effects, overlays, motion graphics, and transitions.
• Optimize and enhance corporate PowerPoint presentations (internal and external) through visual design improvements, layout refinement, and branding alignment to increase impact and professionalism.
• Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Synthesia, Higgsfield.ai) for image extension/manipulation, video generation, and content enhancement to accelerate creative workflows and deliver innovative assets.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across all visual content (digital, print, video, presentations) and proactively address complex design challenges such as cross-platform adaptation and multimedia integration.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and global teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual solutions.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Hands-on experience with GenAI video tools (e.g., Synthesia, Higgsfield.ai) and image tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill)
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles for digital assets and interactive experiences
• Knowledge of video editing techniques, including green screen compositing, motion graphics, and visual effects
• Familiarity with corporate branding standards, visual identity systems, and guideline enforcement
• Ability to solve complex design challenges (e.g., cross-platform consistency, multimedia integration, adapting branding for new channels)
• Experience working in large corporate or regulated environments (sandboxed/controlled creative processes) is an advantage

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in digital/multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in corporate presentations, video production/editing, and AI-enhanced or AI-generated imagery/video.
• Mandatory experience and demonstrated proficiency in Generative AI prompting and multimedia creation (image/video generation and manipulation).
• Strong portfolio required, including examples of:
  • Corporate/internal and external-facing presentations (before/after optimization examples)
  • Video content (with green screen, VFX, overlays)
  • GenAI prompt examples and resulting created/enhanced assets
