MEP Engineer (Electrical / HVAC)

Our client is a full main Contractor and Construction Management Company with headquarter in Hong Kong, one of the regions foremost Contractors specialising in interior fit-out, they are currently seeking for a MEP Engineer (Electronic / HVAC) to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager to review design, produce drawing, site coordination and supervising
• Monitor overall site activities and liaise with different stakeholders including clients, suppliers, subcontractors as well as project teams throughout the whole project
• Assist in preparation of budget proposal and tender submission for HVAC installation
• Monitor the progress of project and conduct periodic site inspection, testing and commissioning of building services installations

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical or other engineering related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in E&M field, especially fitting-out, alteration and addition work
• Proficient knowledge of building services installation and relevant statutory regulations
• Familiar with project coordination and site progress monitoring
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and being a good team player
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Familiar in MS Office Project and AutoCAD
