Merchandising Secretary (28K-30K) - Indian garment trading (TST/5 days)

• Indian owned garment trading company with long history in Hong Kong
• Main product : woven & knit items
• Main market : Panama & South America
• We are looking for  Merchandising Secretary - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Tertiary educated in Business Administration or Merchandising or relevant discipline
• 6+ years of secretarial or merchandising experience at garment / sundries field
• Provide support to Merchandising team
• Coordinate QC, shipment schedules etc,
• Handle system and charts update and provide clerical support
• Excellent problem solving, planning, organizing, negotiation, analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command in verbal and written English & Mandarin
• No trips is required
• 5 days work : Mon to Fri 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Annual leave : 11 days
