Job Description - Merchant Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities

Hunt and sign up new key & enterprise accounts (e-Commerce / platform / marketplace )
Develop a sales strategy to meet KPI and revenue target, in consultation with the manager and senior management team
Identify high-potential sales leads, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with clients
Meet assigned sales target & company KPI

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in business development.
Industry knowledge in Payment / e-Commerce / Fintech domains area.
Strong customer and stakeholder orientation, with excellent analytical skills.
Experience in financial services or merchant relationship is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proactive and goal-oriented attributes.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua will be an added advantage.
