Mid Level Systems Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled System Engineer to join our global technology team. In this role, you will take full ownership of our local and regional IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime, robust security, and seamless support for our hybrid workforce. You will serve as a critical technical anchor—handling everything from core network maintenance to hands-on end-user solutions.

Core Responsibilities 

Infrastructure & Systems Engineering

• Deploy & Maintain: Install, configure, and optimize high-performing hardware and software infrastructure, including servers, workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and video conferencing suites.
• Proactive Lifecycle Management: Lifecycle monitor assets, execute routine upgrades, and resolve complex technical anomalies during initial deployments and daily operations.

Network Operations & Security

• Network Administration: Support, scale, and optimize regional Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and wireless environments.
• Connectivity & Defense: Troubleshoot intricate network issues and assist in the secure configuration of switches, routers, and firewalls.

Operations, Ticketing & Compliance

• Incident Management: Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve escalating hardware, software, and network bottlenecks while providing clear documentation in IT service systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Inventory & Asset Tracking: Maintain comprehensive, accurate records of all hardware and software configurations to ensure compliance.
• Performance Reporting: Generate data-driven insights on system health and IT support metrics to drive continuous improvements.
