Middle Office Trade Support - Regional Bank

Job Description:

Provide trade support and trade lifecycle management on multiple asset classes

Responsible for accurate and timely capture, allocation, settlement and regulatory reporting

Reconcile cash, trades and positions daily with prime brokerage, custodians, and counterparties.

Oversee daily operations activities performed by the members of the firm and act as escalation point in resolving high risk

Ensure and manage operations risk associated with trading activities. Collaborate with risk teams and compliance members to enhance proper trade life cycle

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to middle office operations.

Provide ad hoc duties when needed

Qualifications:

Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related fields

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a middle office or similar role within an investment bank or financial services firm.

Strong understanding of Middle Office Functions and Financial Products.

Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team

Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
