Job Description - Multiple HR Roles within Financial Services

Multiple HR Roles within Financial Services (HRBP/HR onboarding/C&B/L&D)

We are supporting a portfolio of reputable financial institutions - including local banks, top‑tier Chinese banks, regional corporate banks, and international asset management firms. These openings offer strong platforms, structured HR environments, and career advancement opportunities across HR specialisations.


1. HR Business Partner / Talent Acquisition
Level: Officer / Assistant Manager
Platform: Local Bank
Budget: Up to HKD 35K monthly basic salary
Key Requirements:
  • 2-5 years TA / HRBP experience
  • Banking background strongly preferred
  • Mix of recruitment and stakeholder partnering
2. Section Head - Compensation & Benefits
Level: Manager / Senior Manager
Platform: Local Bank
Budget: Up to HKD 80K monthly basic salary
Key Requirements:
  • Lead C&B operations, review cycles, job evaluation
  • Strong Chinese writing ability required
  • Experience within banking preferred
3. HR Operations / Onboarding
Level: Assistant Manager / Manager
Platform: Top‑tier Chinese Bank
Budget: Up to HKD 60K monthly basic salary
Key Requirements:
  • Handle onboarding, HR documents, employee data
  • Strong Chinese writing (contracts & memos)
  • Detail‑oriented with banking operations exposure
4. HR Business Partner - Asset Management
Level: Manager / Senior Manager
Platform: Asset Management (New Headcount)
Budget: Open (approx. HKD 1M-1.5M basic + high bonus potential)
Key Requirements:
  • Strong HRBP capability and commercial mindset
  • Prefer asset management / buy‑side background (foreign asset management firm preferred)
  • High exposure partnering with senior leadership
5. HR Business Partner - Director
Level: Director
Platform: Regional Corporate Bank
Budget: Up to HKD 100K monthly basic salary
Key Requirements:
  • 12+ years HRBP experience in top-tier financial services
  • Regional exposure with matrix stakeholder management
  • Drive talent strategy, workforce planning, and organisational initiatives
6. Learning & Development Manager
Level: Manager
Platform: Top‑tier Chinese Bank
Budget: Up to HKD 60K monthly basic salary
Key Requirements:
  • Develop training programs, competency frameworks, and L&D initiatives
  • Excellent Chinese writing (materials, proposals, course content)
  • Banking or financial institution experience preferred
