Job Description - Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and wireless networks
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices to ensure high availability, performance, and security
Implement and manage firewall policies, VPN connectivity, and network security controls
Support network-related projects such as upgrades, expansions, and technology refreshes
Participate in office relocation projects, including network design, vendor coordination, cutover planning, testing, and post-move stabilization
Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
Work closely with internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers
Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures
Provide second- and third-level network support as required

Required Skills & Experience

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in designing and deploying enterprise network infrastructure
Strong hands-on knowledge of networking platforms such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, or equivalent vendors
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking
Experience with firewall management, VPN technologies, and network security best practices
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience supporting office relocation or large-scale network migration projects
Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, NSE, PCNSE, or Aruba certifications
Exposure to cloud or hybrid network environments
Experience working in enterprise or multi-site environments
