Network Planning Manager

Responsibility

Submarine Cable Network Planning, project initialization, technical knowledge and commercial negotiation
Submarine Cable Project Coordination, Progress Management and Cable Station Planning
Coordinate with internal and the external parties for individual requirement for network
Budgetary planning and monitoring the project status for each individual project
Reporting the project status and planning to management

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above in related disciplines
10 years+ working experiences in telecom or related industries ; with minimum 5 years in Submarine project planning/engineering/operatons
Equipped with Fiber Optic Technology, Transmission Engineering Experience, Submarine Cable projects experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Good communication and organizational skills
Team Work and able to work independently under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
