We are seeking a Network Security Engineer to join a dedicated team managing over 400 firewalls and 20 load balancers at a leading financial firm.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and execute firewall OS upgrades for Palo Alto (PAN-OS) and Fortinet (FortiOS) across a large-scale environment.
Provide L2 security operations and troubleshooting for firewall-related incidents and requests.
Conduct pre-upgrade assessments, including compatibility checks, release note review, and risk analysis.
Perform configuration backups and define rollback strategies before any implementation.
Manage and troubleshoot security policies (NAT, firewall rules), VPNs (IPSec, SSL VPN), and routing & connectivity issues.

Key Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto (PAN-OS) and Fortinet (FortiOS) firewalls.
Strong knowledge of security policies (NAT, firewall rules), VPNs (IPSec, SSL VPN), and troubleshooting routing & connectivity issues.
Exposure to proxy, load balancer (F5 or similar), Citrix, DLP, or IAM.
Familiarity with enterprise security operations and change management processes.
Experience in financial services is a plus but not mandatory.
