About the Job

This role will drive the adoption of AI and digital technologies across the design-to-manufacturing journey, enhancing efficiency, automation, and innovation within construction and prefabrication operations. The successful candidate will lead digital transformation initiatives, integrate BIM/CAD workflows with production processes, and explore emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, robotics, and digital twins.

Key requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Construction Technology.

Proven experience in AI application, digital transformation, or construction technology.

Strong knowledge of BIM, CAD, and manufacturing systems integration.

Familiarity with modular construction and prefabrication workflows.
