A well-established boutique advisory and consultancy firm specialising in real estate, land advisory and strategic development across Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Director to lead its land advisory practice. Working with private-sector clients, government departments and external stakeholders, you'll lead a high-performing team, drive new business, and oversee the delivery of complex, high-value advisory engagements as the practice continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of experienced property and land advisory professionals


• Deliver strategic advisory services across land acquisition, leasing, development and land administration


• Build and maintain trusted relationships with private-sector clients, government departments and external stakeholders


• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across Hong Kong


• Lead commercial negotiations and oversee the successful delivery of complex, high-value engagements


• Provide strategic advice to organisations establishing or expanding operations in Hong Kong

Requirements

• Extensive experience in real estate advisory, property consultancy, land advisory or a related discipline


• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong's land administration, leasing and acquisition processes


• Demonstrated experience leading client engagements and managing senior stakeholder relationships


• A commercial mindset with a track record of generating new business and contributing to revenue growth


• Excellent leadership and people management skills


• Experience with technology, innovation or science park developments is advantageous


• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
