Surgical Device Sales Specialist / Manager (Multiple Openings)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory or account objectives


• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and key decision-makers


• Promote and support a diverse portfolio of medical devices and healthcare solutions


• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans


• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and educational activities


• Provide clinical and operating theatre support where required


• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and leadership teams to execute business strategies


• Support tender processes, quotations, and procurement activities


• Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and customer needs


• Participate in conferences, workshops, product launches, and professional events

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Business, or related disciplines


• One year+ experiences within medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or related industries; experienced candidates can be considered with senior positions. 


• Experience in surgical, operating theatre, interventional, or hospital-based environments is advantageous


• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills


• Commercially driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment


• Fluent in Cantonese and English
