(Senior) Sales/ Territory Manager, Surgical Devices

We are seeking a highly motivated multiple Territory Managers to join our client's growing Hong Kong team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a diverse portfolio of medical technologies across multiple specialties, including General Surgery, Endoscopy, Cardiac, Vascular, Orthopaedics etc. 

Working closely with surgeons, nurses, operating theatre staff, and healthcare professionals, you will drive business growth while providing clinical and procedural support during surgical cases. Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth within assigned territories and hospital accounts


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, operating theatre staff, procurement teams, and key stakeholders


• Promote and sell medical devices, surgical technologies, consumables, and healthcare solutions


• Identify opportunities to expand market share and develop new business within public and private hospitals


• Conduct product presentations, workshops, and educational sessions for healthcare professionals


• Provide operating theatre support and clinical case coverage when required


• Partner with surgeons and clinical teams to ensure successful product adoption and utilization


• Support tender submissions, quotations, and procurement activities


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs


• Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives


• Participate in product launches, conferences, workshops, and professional meetings


• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and CRM updates

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline


• 5 years of medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related sales experience for Territory Manager level 


• Candidates with less years of relevant sales, clinical support, application specialist, or operating theatre experience are encouraged to apply and will be considered for the Senior Sales Specialist position


• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


• Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially driven mindset


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment


• Fluent in Cantonese and English
