Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate, responsible and service oriented Catering Coordinator to support both administrative duties and day to day catering operations. This role will coordinate and manage a wide range of banquet and catering services, including executive dining, cocktails, and other in-house events. The position also provides administrative support and contributes to maintaining a pleasant office environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Catering & Pantry Services
Ensure the smooth and professional daily operations of the Executive Lounge, including breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea service for senior executives.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality catering services.
Work together with the pantry assistant team to execute in-house catering events effectively.
Coordinate logistics, manpower, and preparation for catering events or VIP functions.
Monitor and manage operating equipment and catering inventory, including reporting any faults or breakages.
Assist in office supplies management, including pantry item ordering and stock control.
Administrative & Vendor Management
Prepare expenditure reports, catering summaries, and other documentation as required.
Handle purchase orders, payment processing, and vendor invoices.
Support vendor management activities, including performance tracking and contract renewals.
Maintain accurate records of inventories, menus, and equipment usage.
Provide travel arrangement support when necessary.
Stakeholder & Guest Services
Handle enquiries and provide support and recommendations to secretaries and internal staff .
Communicate with departments to confirm catering requirements and ensure smooth execution.
Represent the catering team with professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence.
Office Environment Support
Oversee maintenance of office plants and vending machines to support a welcoming and pleasant working environment.
Coordinate with service providers for replenishment and servicing.
Ad-hoc Tasks
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
Support events or functions outside normal office hours when required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 year of experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.
Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong customer service mindset and passion for hospitality.
Sociable and able to interact with senior executive with a strong sense of hospitality and passion .
Self-motivated with a strong desire and passion to achieve highest performance .
Willingness to work outside normal office hours when required.
Strong team player with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality and integrity .
