Join Dah Sing Bank's Loans & Credit Operations team and contribute to the processing of mortgage and non-mortgage loans. This role requires a detail-oriented professional to manage loan operations, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process mortgage loan applications and other non-mortgage loan operations, including Retail Banking Premium Financing, Bank Guarantees, and Performance Bonds
• Prepare legal instruction letters for mortgage applications from Corporate Banking, Private Banking, and Retail Banking, and conduct thorough checks of loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Address inquiries from business units, Solicitor Firms, and internal departments regarding transactional or operational matters
• Execute G/L entries for fee collections (e.g., SFGS Guarantee Fee) and perform daily teller transaction reconciliations
• Submit CCRA data to Dun & Bradstreet and manage Land Registry e-Alert Service Orders.
• Prepare MIS reports for supervisory review
• Participate in system enhancement projects and operational initiatives as assigned
• Undertake ad hoc duties as directed by supervisors or managers

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Matriculation or higher
• At least 3 years of experience in bank operations, with preference for candidates with prior exposure to loans operations
• Solid understanding of basic banking products and accounting principles
• Holders of the Certified Banker qualification (or equivalent) will be given priority
