Job Description - Officer - Manager, Operation & Support Team

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of private bank
- Ensure all operation are carried out in a proper manner and full compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
- Ensure high quality of service is accurately and efficiently
Job Requirements
- University graduate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch operations
- Familiar with general consumer banking products and services, banking practices, relevant banking ordinances and regulatory requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
