Responsibilities

• Assist Manager to oversee the provision of day-to-day property management services for the assigned residential property


• Ensure DMC and BMO are properly implemented; assure owner compliance with required rules and regulations


• Assist to prepare the annual budget, review and analyze the variance regularly


• Manage the performance of service contractors

Requirements

• University graduate in Property Management or related disciplines


• At least 2 years of relevant experience in property management, preferably in residential properties


• Proven track record of the management and delivery of large-scale improvement projects is essential


• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.


• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (conversational Mandarin is a plus)


• Work independently and able to work under pressure
