In this position you will....

…be driving profitable and sustainable growth of commercial business through broker(s) engagement, product/portfolio mix, smart underwriting and improve cost through operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for…

Distribution Management Support – support the Local Agent/Broker team by managing policy administration service (including data capture, policy document, renewal invitation, policy amendments, etc.)

Day to Day operation support on renewals and new business including Commercial (P&C, Marine) and Consumer (Motor, Individual Medical and Fire) products

Accounting Support – works with Finance team to assist the process in the premium collection and commission settlement with the intermediaries.

Operational Support – works with cross-functional teams to provide client-centric solutions and excellent services to the business partners and clients

You will require the following qualifications and skills

Diploma in Insurance Studies or equivalent is preferred.

Passing of IIQE Paper 1 & 2 is mandatory.

Minimum of 2-3 years of distribution support experience from direct insurers or insurance brokers. Good knowledge of one of the following GI products is highly preferrable, including Property, Contractor All Risks, Business package, Employee Compensation or Marine.

Experience in IDIT system is highly preferred.

Obtain professional Insurance Qualifications like ACII, ANZII or equivalent is a plus

Proficiency in written and speaking English and Chinese
