Job Description - Officer to Assistant Manager, Integrated Management (Financial Technology Department)

Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support in office management
Schedule departmental meetings, collect meeting materials, take minutes
Prepare and consolidate departmental reports
Setup a systematic filling cabinet to arrange and record the incoming and outgoing correspondences of different divisions and department periodically
Coordinate with internal department and liaise with external organizations
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

Undergraduate degree or above with minimum 3 years of experience in office administration
Skillful on the office software, e.g. Word/Excel/Power Point
Exposure in the administration management is preferable
Responsible, self-motivated, positive working attitude and good problem solving skill
Ability to work efficiently and accurately both in a team environment and individually
Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English
