Job Description

Managing and leading an outbound telephone banking team to meet sales and service targets.
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Monitoring team performance and providing coaching to improve productivity.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Providing solutions to address customer needs and concerns effectively.
Collaborating with internal departments to optimise banking operations.
Preparing performance reports and delivering presentations to senior management.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A strong background in the financial services industry, particularly in banking and financial services.
Proven experience leading and managing a team in a professional setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
Solid understanding of outbound telephone banking operations and customer service best practices.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry in HK.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
