Our client, is looking for an operation assistant (Membership, promotion and Event, contract, temp to perm) to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to handle membership applications and related issues
• Promote membership to potential individuals and organizations
• Handle member enquiries and compliant in a timely manner
• Provide customer service and support to members in a professional manner
• Process, maintain and manage membership database

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in related disciplines
• Positive, motivated and service oriented
• Good communication skills and interaction skills
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
