Responsible for operations in Securities, Fixed Income, Listed Securities, Futures & Options, OTC Derivatives, Structure Products, ETF, VA

To be middleman to co-ordinate all information from client and Front-to-Back to ensure smooth processing and settlement is properly performed;

Process any post-trade events such as various type of corporate action and trade life cycle events;

Communicate with internal parties and external counterparties on settlement related issues;

Handle enquires and request from various Front Office teams;

Handle regulatory, compliance filings, daily and monthly reconciliation and management reports, including CRS/FATCA;

Develop and implement policies and procedures to compliance with all relevant regulations;

Counterparty Management including onboarding with various brokers;

Participant in ad hoc projects, system development including UAT, system migration and deployment.

How will you be qualified?

A thorough understanding of financial markets and products including Front-To-Back workflows;

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines;

3 – 5 years of solid experience in settlement within securities brokerage or Prime Brokerage industry or Sell-Side Firms;

Experience in Clearstream / Euroclear, knowledge in securities, fixed income, OTC Derivatives, Structure Products settlement.
