Operation Manager - Consumer Electronic - ETERNITY CONSULTANTS (HK) Ltd

• Fulfill customer purchase orders by closely monitoring production activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing cost, quality, and lead-time
• Monitor and maintain operational systems, policies, and procedures
• Source and conduct audits of potential new suppliers
• Manage warehouse operations and component inventory
• Ensure the selection and utilization of appropriate EMS providers and suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline purchasing, project management, and production processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related manufacturing field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing management
• Familiarity with mechanical, electronic, and software design processes
• Analytical mindset with a focus on detail-oriented execution and results
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively lead and solve problems
• Demonstrate strong language skills in English and Putonghua (Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for effective reporting and analysis
