Operations Analyst (Korean Speaking)

A specialised, Asia‑focused financial institution is seeking an Operations Analyst to support its Hong Kong platform. This role sits within the business support and operations function and provides broad exposure to internal operations, reporting, vendors, and project coordination.

The position is well suited to candidates with a structured mindset who are keen to build a career in banking operations, business support, or internal project management within a lean and collaborative environment.

• Support the Head of Business Support / Operations across day‑to‑day operational and administrative activities
• Prepare management reports, periodic dashboards, and ad‑hoc analysis as required
• Coordinate with external vendors, auditors, consultants, and service providers
• Assist with internal projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives
• Provide general operational and documentation support across business functions
• Perform additional ad‑hoc duties assigned by management as business needs evolve

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, Business Systems, or a related discipline
• Native or fluent proficiency in both Korean and English is mandatory (spoken and written)
• Authorised to work in Hong Kong (or eligible for appropriate work visa arrangements)
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable working across multiple tasks in a structured, process‑driven environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders
• Fresh graduates are welcome, as well as candidates with early‑career experience in operations or support functions
