Operations and Finance Senior Officer/ Manager

Responsibilities:

• Perform settlement for securities (bonds, stocks or funds etc)
• Prepare daily and monthly NAV and daily summaries
• Conduct trade matching & reconciliation, settlement instruction & placing etc
• Monitor various operation issues including settlements, collateral, and cash management
• Liaise with executing brokers, prime brokers, fund administrator and system vendors to resolve trade issues and trade breaks
• Work closely with other teams such as trading, finance and compliance to ensure operational process is smooth
• Assist in brokerages or fund houses account opening
• Possess certain knowledge in Compliance and AML advisory is beneficial
• Handle full set of accounts and month-end financial statements
• Assist to prepare FRR return to SFC and calculate daily liquid capital in compliance with SFO and FRR requirements
• Prepare daily PnL and other ad-hoc reports when required
• Handle other ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in settlement operations
• Proficient in Bloomberg AIMs and PC skills is a must
• Relevant experience in a fund house and/or fund administration and/or accounting firms is preferred
• English and Mandarin are required
• Proficient in Enfusion, YONGYOU and MYOB would be beneficial
• Immediate availability is preferred
