Operations Assistant

We are seeking potential talents to join our Operations Centre to provide Bills Processing, Loans Processing, Remittance and Securities Processing & Settlement services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support including document checking and data entry to assigned Operations Centre
• Handle inquiries from customers and internal departments
• Ensure all work processes are in full compliance with internal / external rules and regulations
• Participate in any projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized with attention to detail
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
