Job Description - Operations - Employee Benefits

Responsibilities

Deliver administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Compile, format, and maintain business documents, management reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
Support data preparation, reporting, and basic analysis tasks, with a strong focus on Power BI reporting and visualization.
Liaise and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external parties to support operational requirements.
Monitor deadlines, maintain accurate records, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and timing standards.
Provide support on ad hoc assignments and special projects as directed by management.

Job Requirements

Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant administrative or reporting experience; fresh graduates with strong Power BI knowledge are welcome to apply.
Solid proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of Power BI is essential.
Good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese.
