Job Responsibilities :

Strategic Alignment & Goal Achievement

• Align operation strategies and initiatives with the company’s overall mission and annual goals set by management

Process Optimisation

• Analyse existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with department heads to standarize procredures and establish best practises

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of operational activities
• Monitor performance against KPIs and provide regular reportsto senior management 

Internal System Ownership

• System include but not limited to: Company Filing System, Marketing Database, AI Libiray etc

Requirements:

• Edu. background in business administration is preferred
• 3-5 years in operations management; exp. in digital marketing/ technology/ IT industries would be a plus; 
• Passionate to drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives;
• Proficient in project management, data analysis, and process optimization techniques
• Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders at all levels and across departments; analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Proficient in Chinese language (Simplified & Traditional) and English.
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Strong interpersonal skills with great attention to details
• Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines & business targets
