Operations Manager / Assistant Operations Manager (Bus Shelter Advertising)

We are one of Hong Kong's leading Out-of-Home (OOH) media companies with a mission to transform the OOH media landscape in Hong Kong. We are the exclusive advertising agency for the Bus Body advertising of Citybus and managing media resources across MTR’s East Rail Line, Tuen Ma Line, Light Rail, and MTR Bus. With the recent expansion, Bravo Media now also holds exclusive advertising rights for Citybus Bus Shelter.

Our team has amassed over five decades of experience in the creative and advertising market in the Asia Pacific region. We are expanding our footprint and are obtaining more exclusive Media rights across the OOH spectrum in Hong Kong.

We are currently looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our creative, smart, and fun team!

What you need to do:

• Supervise and coordinate all bus shelter advertising operations related projects


• Lead and manage the internal night shift installation team


• Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external vendors


• Optimize operational workflows to maintain and improve service quality


• Drive and oversee innovative project management efforts


• Manage vehicle logistics and maintenance tasks


• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and continuously monitor the installation team’s safety performance


• Prepare and deliver regular operational reports to management


• Less experienced will consider as Assistant Operations Manager

What we need from you:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above


• Minimum 3 years of working experience in any industry


• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 


• Hong Kong driving license class 1/2 is required


• Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English


• Details-minded, well-organized, self-motivated and a good team player


• Mechanic and Electricity knowledge is an advantage
