Operations Manager - Growing Hedge Fund

We are partnering with a well-established and growing asset management firm to hire a Trade Operations Manager. This role is a critical part of the middle office function, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely trade support, lifecycle management, and operational risk control across multiple asset classes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Enfusion (mandatory) and a strong understanding of trade workflows within a buy-side environment.

• Support the full trade lifecycle from execution through settlement across equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives
• Monitor and manage trade capture, validation, and confirmation within Enfusion
• Reconcile trades and positions, investigate breaks, and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Oversee trade allocations, settlements, and cash movements with custodians and brokers
• Liaise closely with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and external counterparties to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain and enhance operational processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards
• Assist in onboarding new instruments, strategies, and counterparties
• Provide support for system enhancements, testing, and implementation initiatives

• 5+ years of experience in trade operations / middle office within asset management, hedge fund, or buy-side environment
• Hands-on experience with Enfusion is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle processes and financial instruments
• Experience with trade reconciliation, settlements, and corporate actions
• Familiarity with multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, OTC derivatives preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
