Operations Manager - Multi-Strat Hedge Fund

A leading Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund is seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and team-focused Operations Professional to join its high-performing team. This is a front-to-back, business-critical position where the successful candidate will work closely with the investment team, risk, and senior management to support all aspects of trade operations, fund accounting, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Operations: Manage the full trade lifecycle - trade capture, cash and position reconciliations, resolving trade breaks, and ensuring integrity across internal systems and external counterparties.
• NAV Process & Fund Accounting: Assist in monthly NAV oversight, reconciliation, and coordination with the fund administrator to ensure timely and accurate valuation.
• System Management: Maintain and enhance the PMS/OEMS and related workflows to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
• Cash & Treasury Management: Support margin and collateral monitoring, cash forecasting, and portfolio financing optimization.
• Audit & Regulatory Support: Liaise with auditors, fund administrators, and service providers on annual audits, and compliance deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the COO, finance, and investment teams to support ongoing business growth and new product launches.

Key Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in hedge fund operations, fund accounting, or fund administration.
• Strong knowledge of trade operations, fund accounting (desirable but not totally necessary), and reconciliation processes.
• CPA qualification advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and data management skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Independent, proactive self-starter with solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
