Operations Transformation (Insurance)

My client, a leading insurance firm, is seeking an Operational Transformation / Excellence Lead.

He/she will help design and continuously refine the organization’s operations transformation strategy and roadmap, aligned to business growth priorities—translating business challenges into well-scoped initiatives with clear success metrics and robust business cases.

The role also involves leading end-to-end execution across multiple functions, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and governance.

Responsibilities

1. Shape and evolve the operations transformation agenda, ensuring it directly supports key business growth objectives.
2. Own delivery of priority initiatives from discovery through go-live, coordinating work across requirements, solution design, UAT, and implementation.
3. Act as the Life Operations AI lead to evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and implement AI initiatives that deliver measurable value.
4. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to launch and expand AI-enabled capabilities, including process automation, advanced analytics, and decision support.

Requirements

1. Cantonese is Mandatory
2. Strong experience in operations transformation, process optimization, and digital enablement within the life insurance domain.
3. Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs from strategy through delivery.
4. Solid knowledge of AI technologies—including automation, analytics, and GenAI—and how to apply them to drive measurable business outcomes.
