We are hiring an Overnight Manager

Your role:

Handle  guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift

Monitor and respond  to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies during the night

Assist  with the preparation of nightly reports and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions

Collaborate  with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to address any issues that arise during the night

You should Have:

• At least 2 years of experience in the role of Front Desk Supervisor or Assistant Manager
• Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Willing to work on shift hours

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Overnight Front Desk Supervisors.
