Is this your next challenge in Own Brand Marketing ?

• Lead regional communication toolkit development, from customer insights, purchase decision tree, to key visual and touchpoint amplification ideas.
• Collaborate closely with regional counterparts including banner marketing, product development, commercial, legal, regulatory affairs, finance, corporate communication etc. to drive Own Brand sales.
• Analyze market intelligence and customer research findings to identify strategies for boosting Own Brand basket size, conversion rate and customer base.
• Drive eCommerce business and online marketing assets development.
• Support idea development and execution of internal team member engagement to promote Own Brands within the company.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Do you have experience in Marketing ?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience especially in FMCG or retail industries are highly preferred. Open to candidate from both in-house and advertising agency.
• Previous regional experience is a plus but not a must.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution ability.
• Creative, adaptable, high learning agility, self- motivated, detail minded and enjoy working in fast paced organization
• An open-minded self-starter with abilities to handle multiple projects under tight schedule.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
