• Support in preparing, drafting and reviewing simple contracts and legal documents

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on legal and business matters

• Implement procedures for contract retention and management 

• Update contract templates and database as necessary

• Conduct litigation, company, business registration and/or winding up search

• Conduct research on legal issues with focus on technology, online retail, data privacy and regulatory compliance issues

• Provide general legal and administrative support, such as arranging meetings, liaising with relevant parties, translation, arranging execution of legal documents and document filing

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a diploma in Legal Studies, or an equivalent legal qualification from a university in Hong Kong or another common law jurisdiction.

• At least 3 years of in-house experience gained or legal experience from a reputable law firm or legal sector

• Experienced in contract writing and drafting skills.

• Extensive experience legal database software

• Excellent communications skills (both spoken and written) in English and Chinese.

• Excellent judgment and demonstrated discretion handling confidential information

• Great interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

• Self-motivated, highly driven, team player, and a quick learner

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
