Job Description - Paralegal - Global Financial Institution

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in responding to regulatory enquiries and in managing various aspects of internal investigations, civil litigations and proceedings, regulatory and criminal investigations and proceedings
Lead various global projects, involving IT, Financial and Operations etc.
Analyze litigation finances and budgets while liaising with different parties internally and externally
Prepare presentations and meeting materials for management
Draft legal documents, and perform translation as necessary
Maintain and update legal databases

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Law
At least 2 years of paralegal experience in Litigation, ideally working with financial services clients
Excellent verbal and written English and Cantonese/ Mandarin self.__next_f.push([1,"i>
Good analytical and reasoning skills
Strong organizational skills to manage a large amount of information
Self-motivated team player with the ability to work well with stakeholders across all levels
Sound working knowledge of MS Office and computer systems
