Paralegal (Korean Speaking), 12-month FTC

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Korean speaking Paralegal to join our Korean Group, based in our Hong Kong office.

You will work on high-value cross-border disputes, collaborating closely with a multilingual team across multiple jurisdictions. In this role you will be involved in legal research, drafting, document management and evidence preparation, while also supporting a wide range of Korea-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in and facilitate meetings and communications involving Korean-speaking stakeholders;

• Support matters where a significant volume of communications or documentation is in Korean;

• Assist in preparing pitch materials and presentations;

• Coordinate roadshows and client-facing events;

• Monitor relevant platforms for new business and bidding opportunities;

• Review Korea-focused industry and market publications to identify developments and opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Korean language skills;
• An excellent academic record;
• Experience working on disputes matters in a law firm environment;
• Strong communication and time management skills;
• Ability to use or a strong interest in learning to use AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency;
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn and enthusiasm to challenge yourself;
• Readiness to work hard but collaboratively in a friendly but high-performing team.
