Pay | : | HK$24,675 - HK$29,195 per month Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance |
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth daily operation of Patient Relations Office.
2. Assist in handling of enquiries feedbacks and complaints from patient and the public.
3. Assist in incident management and coordinate risk reduction activities.
4. Provide executive support for meeting related to PRO and Q&S functions.
5. Coordinate logistical arrangement for seminars, Q&S events, and training workshops.
6. Prepare presentation materials, papers, statistic reports and progress updates.
7. Develop promotional materials for patient relations and quality & safety activities, including posters, booklets, video clips, and other multimedia content.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1. University Graduates with experience; OR
2. F.5 / S.5 with
(a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including
English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent
OR
(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
– Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; and
– Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects.
AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience.
Preferable Attributes/Exposure\:
1. Prior work experience in quality & safety, complaint handling, or customer service is an advantage.
2. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
3. Pleasant, mature, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in PC applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) and Chinese/English word processing.
6. Knowledge of website management and/or graphic design is an advantage.
7. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus.
