My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to CEO on personal related matters, including family.
- Manage calendar and daily schedule of CEO.
- Manage housemaid and family drivers duties.
- Assist CEO on travel arrangement, such as air tickets, accommodation, visa application, on-trip arrangement. etc. Accompany to travel when needed.
- Organize family events such as parties, gatherings. Handle the planning and decoration.
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned, including emergency cases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in any disciplines.
- 4 years relevant experience. Candidate with experience on serving Senior/Top Management preferred.
- Multi-tasking and able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well organized and self-initiated.
- Willing for overseas travelling.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
