Personal Assistant (Only Personal Issues related)

My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Personal Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to CEO on personal related matters, including family.
• Manage calendar and daily schedule of CEO.
• Manage housemaid and family drivers duties.
• Assist CEO on travel arrangement, such as air tickets, accommodation, visa application, on-trip arrangement. etc. Accompany to travel when needed.
• Organize family events such as parties, gatherings. Handle the planning and decoration.
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned, including emergency cases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in any disciplines.
• 4 years relevant experience. Candidate with experience on serving Senior/Top Management preferred.
• Multi-tasking and able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized and self-initiated.
• Willing for overseas travelling.
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
