Responsible to provide professional secretarial support to CEO on both business and personal matters; Organize travel arrangement for CEO, his family members, senior staffs including flight, hotel booking and visa application; Manage the daily schedule of the boss, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements; Manage household staff contracts, including hiring new employees as needed; ad hoc assignment.
