Job Description

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster business growth.
Identifying market trends and opportunities to enhance competitive positioning.
Preparing detailed sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

University degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
5 years of relevant experiences.
Proven experience in sales management and leadership roles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of market trends and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong.
