We are a leading firm in the insurance sector, specializing in providing tailored solutions for high-net-worth (HNW) clients. Our commitment to excellence and our collaborative approach set us apart, as we work closely with our brokerage and bancassurance teams.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Platform Manager to oversee the majority of projects focused on high-net-worth (HNW) clients. This role will involve close collaboration with the brokerage and bancassurance teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage projects primarily related to high-net-worth clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.
Collaborate closely with the brokerage and bancassurance teams to develop tailored solutions.
Create and present strategic reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Effectively manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across teams.
Draw flow diagrams and other visual aids to clarify project plans and objectives.
Focus on enhancing user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) considerations in all projects.
Drive operational improvements to elevate performance within the team.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Business Analyst (BA), ideally within the insurance sectors.
Strong background in strategy and transformation, particularly in a consulting role.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly.
Demonstrated capability in managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
Presentable with a professional demeanor.
Familiarity with UX/UI design concepts is advantageous.
