Job Description - Platform Manager, Private Banking

Responsibilities

Support the team to perform daily monitoring on Private Banking business platform operations and processes for operation efficiency through continuous work improvement and risk mitigation
Support in implementing monitoring procedures to ensure front line sales operate in accordance with trade policies and compliance regulations
Support the team to guide frontline in reinforcing the standard of risk & control across platform
Assist in the development and optimization of Private Banking systems to ensure the systems follow compliance and risk control requirements
Ensure policies & procedures are implemented in practical and effective way

Requirements

Degree Holder in Business or related disciplines
5-8 years of experience in private banking business, with exposure to platform risk management
Familiar with local private banking regulatory requirements
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
