PMO Director

We're looking for a hands-on PMO Director to drive a high-impact transformation across our APAC region. This is a 12-month contract based in Hong Kong.

The Mission:

You'll set up and run the PMO for a critical portfolio of projects focused on:

• Boosting profitability
• Streamlining operations for efficiency
• Redesigning our organization for the future

You won't just manage spreadsheets; you'll be the strategic right hand to our APAC leadership, facilitating decisions and ensuring we deliver real results.

We need someone who has:

• A proven track record of standing up PMOs for large-scale business transformations (especially in profit, operation, or restructuring).
• Experience navigating complex, matrixed environments in APAC.
• The confidence to engage with and challenge senior executives.
• A pragmatic, results-over-process mindset.
