PMO Manager / IT PMO Project Manager - Banking

Responsibilities of the role:

• Preparation and running of Senior Stakeholder governance meetings
• Managing and resolution of key program risks and issues
• Assisting with managing the pipeline of work and facilitating prioritization in line with current supply/demand
• Involved with governance of projects and ensuring high quality process management.
• Working closely with the CIO on the strategic roadmap of the delivery from a project management office perspective

Requirements of the role:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin
• Experience in financial services. Ideally investment banking, but retail/corporate banking would be considered, as would insurance/FinTech.
• Excellent verbal and written skill with ability to create high quality written products that are comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to the audience
• Previous and proven experience in process management, program tracking, governance, budgeting etc.
