Policy Servicing Assistant

Responsibilities :

• Drive service excellent to the team.
• Administration support, including applications & documents handling, client file maintenance, filing etc
• Coordinate with both internally and externally parties.
• Perform general reception duties including handling phone calls and greeting/ serving clients.
• Assist Department Head / colleagues with ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements :

• University degree holder in Business administration, insurance or related disciplines;
• 1 years of solid admin support experience;
• Energetic, outgoing & confident with a strong attention to detail
• Good numeric skills and capable of multi-tasking
• Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
