Post Trade Platform Specialist

The team

You will join a regional technology team responsible for supporting and enhancing front-office post-trade systems used by trading and risk teams. The team interacts closely with global stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

The role

As a Post Trade Front Office Application Analyst, you will provide functional and technical support for a multi-product trading application covering FX and rates products. You'll act as the first line of support, manage incidents, assist with testing, and ensure users have the tools and data they need to operate effectively. This is a hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of both financial products and technical systems.

The requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, business analysis, or development within financial services
• Hands-on experience with post-trade front office systems preferred
• Solid knowledge of FX and/or rates products (e.g., Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs, IRS)
• Strong understanding of P&L, VaR, and risk management concepts
• Experience with Windows and UNIX environments, SQL, and batch systems (e.g., Control M)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like ITRS Geneos
• C# knowledge is a plus
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users
• Fluent in English
